Arull Cabs had the problem which every legacy customer has. They were bound to the old system and wanted to come out of it because it was very limiting to them and their customers. We took up the complicated challenge because everything about their system was complex. Pricing models were structured very differently for each enterprise customer. Every larger customer of theirs wanted a different report. We had to standardize all these but also keep their business going. Our team did a fantastic job of coming up with a phased approach to migration and we had a successful migration after a year and a half. The customer was happy to see better reports and better customer happiness.
